OUR STORY

A small oil and vinegar shop

Brígida Cazorla and Fernando León ran a small oil and vinegar shop in Soria with their six children. During the construction of the dam, Brígida began cooking homemade meals for the workers, unknowingly laying the foundations of what would later become Casa Fernando.

1963

The restaurant is born

The family business officially became a restaurant. Julián León Cazorla carried on his mother's legacy with the same dedication, and generations of guests began gathering around the table at Casa Fernando Restaurant.

1987

The third generation

Álvaro and Sergio represent the third generation of the family. They continue the tradition started by their grandparents and father, serving homemade food with a warm welcome and making every guest feel at home.
